"No complaints whatsoever - could have given 5 stars quite easily. Posted my problem late Sunday night, got a call first thing on Tuesday saying he would be there by 11am. Arrived bang on time. Solved my initial problem easily but stayed to sevice the boiler (long overdue). charged only what seemed a very fair price for the service so initial problem seemed for free! Couteous and tidy. Will use again for sure (but hope I don't have to!). "
