"John was unable to repair boiler as spares were unavailable and it was uneconomical to keep the existing boiler. He discussed options of a replacement boiler and after several quotes we accepted his which was realistic and fitted our requirements. He agreed to several changes we requested and he and his team carried out the installation of a new condensing boiler and 8 radiators within the agreed period and to a very high standard. All redundant material was removed and repairs made good. Throughout the work we had a good rapport with John and we were confident in the advice he gave. We would have no hesitation in using him again for other plumbing jobs and in recommending him to our friends."
