"Adam, is excellent to say the least. He is family-friendly and a thorough professional. We trusted him so much that we used to live our house keys with him. Our old system was a warm air unit. Adam came to our house twice from southgate on sunday morning to agree and ensure we were completely satisfied with what we were going to install. Initially we thought of a combi system then changed our mind to megaflo and then to conventional!! Adam was very patient and made us understand the pros and cons of three different system. Finally when we opted for conventional system, Adam gave us two quotes one with materials and labour and one with only labour. So he was very transparent and honest. My wife being choosey and particular (i dare not say fussy!!), we decided to buy our own materials. Adam gave a detailed inventory of what he needed to commence the job. Adam was on time everyday in the morning at sharp 8.00am and never left until he was satisfied that he had done enough to meet his own personal deadline. Adam and his staff were always were clean and kept the place neat and tidy. Adam took personal pride in ensuring that everything was upto scratch and upon completion of the job, he called us atleast three times to ensure that everything was working inorder. As with things one thing led to another, with some variations on the job and additional work. Adam never complained nor he raised his price on the job. Nevertheless, I would like to think we rewarded him adequate. I would not hesitate to recommend Adam to my friends and family as I have already done.
