I need my Medway Super MAIN water heater serviced. The pilot light is alight but it doesn't flare up every time the hot tap is flowing.
The trademen turned up when arranged and the price was as quoted. They kept costs down where possible. The backup from the office was prompt and efficient. The job was done well but more care was needed carrying things in. Something was knocked off the wall. The workman resposible did help to find the broken parts and apologised for the carelessness.

It's a brand new cooker, but would need pipe connection to my gas point in the kitchen. Also connection of the electric part of it.
I am very satisfied with the job Mr Shah has done. He was very good at explaining the whole process to me, and completed the job in good time, especially as I told him that I had to get back to work in the after mid-day.

I live in a two bedroom maisonette and have 8 radiators that need flushing. There is a lot of sludge in them when I tried to bleed them and two of the radiators have minimal heat
Extremely competent and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and his work was of the highest standard. Very competitive price compared to other companies I got quotes from!

I'm not sure
2 room and 3 radiators changed to double radiators
I used this company to replace my old radiators with new double convector one. The service that was provided was excellent, The person was very professional, on time and quoted a reasonable price, the work was of the highest standard and I will definately be using them again for other work that we would like done. I would highly recommend them as the work is done on time, the end result is great and the quotes are reasonable.

I have Vaillant Turbo Max Plus Combi Boiler 24E. 242/2-5. Central Heating works fine but the hot water is not working. It taking around 30 to 60 second to turn the boiler on, on position before boiler fire up and the temp gauge very slowly rise so no hot water as it should be. When you turn the boiler off for hot water it does not go off straight way and takes around 20 to 30 seconds to turn off and during this time the temp gauge rise rapidly. I have got pump, diverter valve and PRV changed and been serviced last year. Heat Exchanger been replaced twice in 3 years so what is now wrong with it please quote.

Boiler had problem with its EP, hence new EP was installed but it took 3 days for the EP to arrive. When the EP arrived, it was installed but boiler is now unable to rotate water & burner is going off in between as it appears to now have more air pressure then required, & boiler then makes noise as if its about the break.
