They were able to do all the work in one day (with time to spare) - other offers we had were for 1-2 days. They were able to fit us in to their schedule almost instantly. We're very happy with the boiler - a Baxi duotec combi 28HE. The pipework was done very neatly and the whole job was done with minimal mess. Minor confusion over which programmer model we wanted was quickly resolved in 2 working days, no quibbles. At all times they were highly professional, efficient, friendly and considerate. "

"Ralph and his team showed up on time, did exactly what I asked for. Removed old back boiler and instant boiler, fitted new combi boiler. Put new pipewok in, flushed through the radiators and made good the external wall where the old boiler was. Job was done in a day and a half. They came around especially to show me how to work the new system in the evening after I'd finished work. Good job, glad I used them, thoroughly recommend them."
