I have an Ariston combi-boiler WRC-NSF which has begun to pass a lot of water through the T&P relief valve. I would like someone to come and have a look and rectify whatever is wrong.
Wow, these guys are excellent! They reacted fast (I posted me requirement at 18:30 in evening), were with me the next morning and despite the engineer having to drive around to find the part which had failed, only charged me for the time they were working in my home. What a pleasure!

The underfloor heating in the ground floor kitchen extension appears to heat well, but does not seem to be controlled by the wall thermostat in the room. The system is relatively new, but, due to poor communication between plumber and electrician on installation, I suspect the thermostat was not properly wired into the control valve.
Turned up on time, resolved the problem and corrected the system efficiently. I'm inviting him back to do another job. Recommended.

I would like a worcester bosch 42 cdi combi installed. I have an old style gravity system with floor standing boiler, cylinder with water tanks in the loft. I would like the new boiler to be situated where the cylinder is currently.
I received fantastic advice about the job which was reassuring and convinced me to choose them above the other quotes. The work was top quality and I could see that they really cared about doing it right over the 2 days it took. It was a complex job and it was done with minimal fuss and they worked really hard to complete on time so I was actually never without hot water unlike the other quotes. Overall, I am very pleased with the end result. I now have hot water on demand and my heating bills will be less. It was a pleasant experience as they were always willing to explain what they were about to do if you asked and any other questions about boilers! You always felt they were in complete control even though the job presented a number of challenges.

Brandon identified the problem straight away and fixed it fast with no fuss. Explained and showed me the problem and checked my boiler was okay otherwise. Very efficient and courteous I would definitely use him again.
