A Gas Sae fitter is required to connect a gas hob. A new kitchen is beng fitted and the existing electric hob is being replaced by a gas hob. The gas supply is accessible and requires "T ing " into and connecting to the new hob.
Excellent job, very experienced and worked well around me to get the hob fitted. Would highly recommend him and will be using him again in the near future

BAXI combi boiler, about eight years old; pressure gauge doing interesting things..
I was very pleased by the excellent service provided. The tradesman knew what he was about and set to work straight away, explaining the problem we were having (pressure guage going off the scale....) and what was needed to cure it - replacement of two defective parts. He charged precisely what he had quoted for the job, with no hidden extras. Our boiler is now running well, and the pressure in the heating circuit remains steady and within the normal limits. Result, a warm house and reasonable confidence that we won't freeze to death this winter - thank you, Ontime. And despite my minor teasing on that subject I should add that they lived up to their name.

We have a nearly 2 years old Keston Qudos 28s combi boiler. Over the last year, the pressure has occasionally dropped and we have had to release the vaves in order to repressurise it. This has become much more frequent and this morning, despite repressurising the unit, there is an error message stating that the flame will not reignite. We have tried resetting the boiler and even switching it on and off at the mains but the boiler will not turn on.
It turned out that there were two separate issues with the boiler. The first was fixed the next day and Kieran came back a few days later to fix the other. It took a lot longer and was more complex than anticipated but he did not charge any extra. We are pleased with the result.

Replace Salus Digital Thermostat RF RT300RF with a Drayton RF1 (or similar, but better quality than the Salus) - Boiler works, just the receiver is not talking to the thermostat, and thus boiler not coming on, hot water fine. (had problems with the Salus previously - removing batteries and reseting has worked in the past, but now not getting it going at all!)
Excellent job, very quick, clean and courteous. I will recommend Tru-Heat to family and friends!

Ideal Icos H15 Needs a service and has fault indicater showing L and F, the people who installed the boiler have failed to rectify the fault after checking, and replacing the the flame electrode, they have also said they have checked the gas valve ,the condenser sump. They have not checked the condenser outlet pipe for blockage. There have been 6 visits to my boiler after they charged me £237.00 to look at the boiler and replace the flame electrode, and now it is still showing L & F the original fault. Help some one I am an O.A.P and would like to have the boiler working properly.

Anyone taking this job must be a qualified heating engineer with relevant electrics experience / qualifications The HW / CH heating valves that switch the boiler on / off with the timer / thermostat are sticking meaning sometimes the timer / thermostat kicks in and the boiler does not fire or conversely they go off and the radiators do not... Had boiler servied this week by the manufacturer and their engineer diagnosed the valve heads on the HW and CH heating valves need to be replaced. Boiler / thermostat / timer are one year old. Heating valves are older.
