I would highly recommend Intercity Gas Ltd, They fitted a new combi boiler and radiators, they were very reliable, very tidy,explained everything being done and made sure I was completely happy before taking payment.

To remove and old Potterton boiler, storage tank, loft water storage. Fully flush and clean the existing system making suggestions for improvements. Connect a 22mm gas pipe to the location of the boiler as it enters the house as 22mm then changes. Replace with all with a Vaillant EcoTec Exclusive gas boiler with wireless room control, Magna clean and condensation outlet pump to our kitchen drain. Also box in existing gas meter. Good site access with off street parking. Major parts to be purchased buy us the client.
Proflow went out of their way to sort out a new Vaillent boiler for us. Taking the time to finding out what we wanted and making sure it would work. Vaillent however missed 3 deliveries. Proflow made their supplier purchase a boiler from a competitor and worked two 12 hour shifts Friday and Saturday so we had hot water and heating. Take their advice they are honest and fair, taking time to listen. The work done was top notch. If you are lucky enough to have them bid on your job, TAKE IT, BE WARM AND HAPPY!

I'm not sure
Current system is very old boiler in the kitchen with a water tank in a cupboard in the bathroom. We are not planning on replacing radiators. We require a combi condensing boiler, which can be place in the kitchen in the original position. Water tank should be removed.

The old boiler is a Potterton that is upward of 17 years old. The flue opens out less than 1.5m away from my next door neighbour's house, and will have to be re-positioned somehow if the replacement is to comply with necessary regulations. The boiler is mounted in the corner of the kitchen, but the wall at the back of the house has pipes on the other side.
Very good value for quite a big job. Even though the time taken to carry out the work did over-run a bit, the cost did not change.

I am seeking a company to install a new combination boiler, underfloor heating on the ground floor and replace the radiators and plumbing on the first floor of my two storey, two bedroom Victorian end of terrace home in Uxbridge. As part of this project I require the existing suspended timber ground floor (approx 30m2) to be replaced with a solid concrete/screeded floor. This project will also require relocating the mains gas and water supplies and connecting the kitchen and bathroom plumbing to the new boiler. I will provide full specification and plans on request, and a site visit will be necessary to explain the works in full. Ideally I am looking for the works to be completed before the end of February 2013.

Last week the fuse blew on the economy 7 night immersion heater, I changed the fuse wire and since then the water has been heating up each night but not to a sufficient temperature. I need this problem diagnosed as I am not sure if it is a new element that is needed or thermostat etc, and then the problem needs fixing. The immersion heater tank and elements were only installed 2 years ago.
