I need a Honeywell motorised valve unit replacing in the airing cupboard that turns on water and heating. The heating comes on intermittently and override does not have any affect.
Brian was a star. He had endless patience. He sorted a complex problem and I was not ripped off as I had been before for a similar problem> I would highly recommend him.

The two radiators in the attic conversion have stopped working. They don't heat up at all, and don't need bleeding!
I thoroughly recommend B Matley in all regards. He called me the very next morning, came out the same day (despite being busy), and was pleasant, honest and efficient. The job was finished that day, and the bill was good value. I have never encountered such a decent plumber - I wouldn't think of using anyone else now!

Hi, my worcester 24cdi boiler blew up sat morning. I paid british gas to come out and they said its a right off, which is correct as its about ten yeras old. I recieved a qoute of over £4k to replace and fit a more modern worcester bosch greenstar. I live in a block of flats in anchor quay where people have paid alot less to go to electric so i cant see how they justify £4k. they said the law changes next year disallowing vertical gas flues but as i live in a listed building i cant just have a flue drilled into the walls of the building. approx break down was 800 for boiler, 1300 for parts etc, 400 for anti limescale device and fitting and the rest flue piping and scaffolding etc. Any help would be appreciated. thanks. matt
