"Best of 4 quotations. Very useful pre-quote discussion which resulted in the best location for the new boiler. Friendly, careful and considerate tradesman, caused minimum disturbance and disruption, even though working both in the kitchen and upstairs. Job started one day late, due to a delay in the delivery of the boiler - this gave us a bit more time to get everything ready. Job estimated to take five days actually took seven, because of some technical complications which were resolved satisfactorily, and at no extra cost to us. "
