Gas smell coming from the kitchen - Gas safety engineer from Tranco has already turned off all the appliances and advised we need an engineers ASAP as everything has now been turned off. The smell is coming from the Gas oven - We need an engineer out immediately please
very impressed with the immediate turnaround and was very pleased this was sorted in very short time - I will recommed Ryan for future jobs and use hiom again

Central heating is working fine but the water isn't getting hot
Oliver was very proffessional friendly and a very clean and tidy worker he replaced a part on my central heating and had a real job getting rid of air in the system i wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone i thought he was brilliant

I have a Worcester Combi boiler radiator central heating system. I need:
Kitchen - A cast iron radiator(already supplied) installed to replace a steel radiator.
Bedroom - A steel radiator relocated a few feet away.
Bathroom - chrome ladder type towel rail does not get hot.
Replace 6 valves and thermostats (already supplied)
Drain and Test system (some rads do not get hot enough)
Slightly difficult access to underside of boiler.

Duties will include removing existing system and fitting new combination boilers and up to 10 radiators from scratch (up to 5 systems a week). All materials will be supplied and we are looking for labour only (Paid weekly). The contract is currently underway by others and each dwelling is to be completed in one day. Updated : allso not sure about budget willing to discuss with you? Do not no what is wrong.wether it can be repaired.Brand Vaillant, combination boiler. Original : my boiler is about 8years old the make ìs vaillant turbo max plus thermocompact it has worked really well for the past 8 winters and the hot water is ok. but when we switch the heating on the boiler and radiators get way to hot and we have to switch off to cool down and then put back on when cooled it never used to be like this i am sure something is wrong it has never been serviced.
