central heating pump may need replacing
Neil arrived promptly and immediately was able to tell me what needed doing and how much it would cost. I asked him to do the job as soon as he could. He arrived as soon as he had finished another job the same day and went to work. He was speedy and efficient. He passed on to me the savings he had made buying my central heating controller and when he went to replace the pump, he realised it only needed clening and not replacing. I wouldn't have known. To find someone honest and reliable is great - I will definitely be using again.

I have an ocean alpha 240p combi boiler the heating works perfectly however the water does not fire up when any of the hot water taps are turned on.
Paul was prompt and helpful in the task we had for him and explained what was needed from the start. I would use his services again.

Looking for most energy efficient boiler and seven replacement radiators. Would like to explore the option for designer radiators rather than basic models
Steve has recently fitted a new boiler and central heating radiators. Throughout the whole process from initial contact and through to installation he has provided a professional, prompt and high quality service. His quote was comparable to others that I received but Steve provided a service that went beyond good. The work was carried out with little disruption and to be honest you'd have hardly known it had happened. Boulter Camray 5 boiler not working. Tried reset button but still not working. Recently ran out of oil, have now had tank filled, tried reset button again, boiler still not firing.
Excellent service, we were contacted via text, we set a time, the engineer (Rob) was going to be delayed but we were informed and not left waiting, boiler working within ten minutes of arrival, all at a very reasonable price. A very good value, no nonsense service, I would recommend to anyone.

I'm not sure
the boiler is a Worcester Bosch Thermotechnic 28CDi RSF and was installed in 1998.
There is water dripping out of the bottom of the boiler, it is a constant drip.
Good job, explained everything he did. Would use again.
