repair to flue in roof (escaping into loft cavity) and full test and make good of gas fire. Fire is 20 months old, flue is original with house, 10 years old.
an excellent service and quality of work. although Tony identified a further issue with our chimney he carried out the job requested, ensured we were well informed as to what he found during his invvestigation, and has also provided sufficient information for us to proceed with getting this additional work looked into. I cannot fault his workmanship, work ethic or skill, and would recommend him for any gas fireplace or similar work.

The LED screen on our old Worcester boiler 9.24 has broken, it's blank and the heating now appears to be stuck on. I want a quote for repairing it and a quote for fitting a new boiler please.

Installer must be gas safe registered.
Our approx budget is £300.
Lawrence did a great job, very professional.
Will definatley use again when required.
Its hard to find good tradesmen these days but lawrence is one of the few.

I'm not sure
We would like a new combi boiler to replace our out of boiler that the house has had since it was built some 20 years ago. Due to misuse the heating pipes have been found to be damaged, and so we would like all pipes inside the house to be changed and to be of a larger size. The radiators however are fine. We would like someone local who can call upon after installation and who would install to a high standard.
Response time on the phone was excellent and they turned up although a day later than originally stated, on time. Very happy with overall standard of work although a higher standard of finish would be have been better in places. Overall, a good job - thank you Enjay!

I have a Potterton Suprima 50 gas fired boiler.
Quite frequently, the boiler does not fire up at the required start time according to the timer.
When this happens the red "lock out" light flashes, when this happens the instruction booklet says to turn the temperature control dial to off and press the reset button, then turn the temperature control dial back to the required setting.
When I follow this procedure, sometimes the boiler starts up and sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't start up, I repeat the reset procedure as listed above and after several, sometimes dozens of attempts it usually starts.
Something within the boiler obviously needs repairing.

Hot water gets boiling hot whenever the gas central heating is switched on. Tried altering the thermostat which makes no difference, and it even happens when the water heating is supposedly switched off.
The system seems to make quite a lot of bubbling noises especially when it starts up in the morning (the radiators don't seem to need bleeding though), and there used to be ticking noise from what looks like a switching solenoid of some sort near the boiler, which has now stopped.
