"Rob called almost immediately about my job requirements and came to quote as arranged on time. excellent quote given (sound advice about adding2 extra radiators which we are so glad we did now) and he started work promptly. we have an awkward house to work on and even when he hit some snags, he percivered to complete in the time span he'd specified. (Dan came to help as a full heating installation is a 2 man job, and Dan was also very professional and ensured his own work was of the same high quality as Robs) Rob didn't leave our house until he was completely happy and again phoned us a few days later to check we had no problems. we cannot fault his work which is very professional and of an extremely high standard. he also ensured we knew how the system worked. overall, we are extremely satisfied would not hestitate to use Rob again and would recommend him to anyone. infact we had other work done whilst he was here which was not part of the original job but again excellent quality. "
