"Brilliant. Turned up on time - took less than an hour. Mick was a very pleasant, efficient and fast working chap. He got on with the job with no fuss, cleaned up after himself, and apart from one empty tea mug you wouldn't have known he'd been (apart from the fact that my shower now runs hot, and my heating seems to be doing the same - should have got him in months ago!) He had the right part with him (flow valve) as he has the same boiler in his home, so knew exactly what he was looking for/doing. The quote didn't increase, the part was reasonably priced - so no nasty hidden extras. He even offered free advice and reassurances. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!"
