We were very happy with the service provided by kbs the engineer was very thorough and everwhere was left clean and tidy and all rubbish taken away. We will certainly recommend kbs to our family and friends.

I'm not sure
boiler is gas fired and heating system is old. boiler is Concorde WRS 255A
I am really pleased with the service i received. They were warm, friendly but incredibly professional. I would recomment them to anyone!

I'm not sure
All downstairs radiators have stopped working - suspect a faulty valve. Initially just need the system up and working again (i.e. just one valve replaced) but I will want to overhaul the entire system eventually when my budget allows.
Very polite, punctual, friendly service. Diagnosed and solved the problem, thorough investigation, taking 1 hour almost exactly - I felt I got very good value for money.
