Boiler make: Baxi Duo Tec (combi boiler). The code on the display shows E133 (gas supply problem). The gas supply to my cooker is fine though. I can also see a smll amount of water dripping from one of the pipes leading from the base of the boiler. The model number is a combi 28 HE
Very good service, Tony the engineer was on time, and turned up within a couple of hrs. A thorough check of the gas supply and boiler system was undertaken. He went out of his way to source the relevent spares required and returned later in the evening to complete the job. The price for the job was what i would consider to be very good, he was also a good egg. I would recommend Gas safe !

To replace an existing gas back boiler and relocate to a new wall mounted combi / condensing gas boiler wall mounted in kitchen or under stairs (both have outside walls)
David did a good job at a good price and was very reliable. I would recommend his services to others.

Heating pipes to go into house via underground duct(approx 5 metres). I'll get a builder in if you need to do this bit. House is single storey barn conversion with access to all areas of loft via loft ladders. Install pressurised system in loft area which is boarded and lit. Good access. Then link to existing rads, bathroom etc. Some rads renewed..dependent on costs. Current system has immersion tank and cold gravity tank in loft. As mentioned access and headroom is good.
