We require a replacement boiler for a property in Ipswich. The house is a semi-detached, 5 bedrooms over 4 storeys. There is approx. 1350sq feet of which about 75% is bedrooms or living space. There are 2 shower rooms but they have existing electric showers so the boiler just needs to supply the existing radiator system and other hot water. The current boiler has become very unreliable and so we'd like to get it replaced in the next couple of months.
