Fault on Potterton Promax System 24 HE Plus - E133 'gas supply fault'. I believe this is a known fault with these boilers and I need someone to come out and repair.
Prompt call to discuss the issue and came round later, fixed the problem, explained what he'd done. All nice and simple.

Remove two electric hobs and one gas hob and replace with three new gas hobs. All the same size, so will fit. Neff N2262N3GB x2 plus the single burner. WIll need Corgi certificate at end.
Had to come back twice to fix gas leak, which should never have been left, albeit he didn't try to charge any more. However, you must make it clear that it's not ok to smoke in the house. This should have been evident anyway, but especially given my 2 year old children were in house, eating! Then 'tuts' at the Nanny & tries to spark up again when he returned. Unbelievable.

To connect my brand new Indesit free-standing dual fuel cooker,gas bayonet fitting on flexible pipe and three pin electric plug on cooker, to existing electric cooker point & bayonet fitting on gas point, and give me an invoice for job stating that it has been done by a 'Gas Safe' registered tradesman. simple staightforward quick job, no complications. I have unpacked the cooker and it is in position in the kitchen, have been told by council that I am not allowed to connect the bayonet to the gas pipe myself.
Sam answered my enquiry promptly, gave me a fair quote, came to do the job when he said he would, did the job well, what more can you say? what more do you need. Thank you, I would use him again anytime.

Ideal Isar HE24 showing L9 error as soon as it's turned on. Has been drained so the pressure is no longer high. L9 apparently refers to overheating according to Ideal engineer on the phone but boiler has been off for hours and is cold. Need someone in first thing in morning
