I have a baxi megaflow se28 system that needs an additional 8 to 12 litre expansion tank fitted outside of the main boiler. I recently had the internal expansion tank replaced under my service agreement but the engineer told me that for the system to work properly I would need an additional one fitted. He did say that it was not a big job and that it should only take a couple of hours, or so, to fit. Unfortunately, the engineer could not do any work outside of the boiler under my insurance and therefore I am hoping you will be able to assist me.

Loosing pressure on my unvented gas central heating system. Keep having to top up. May have leak somewhere under flooring which is a fairly new tounge and groove oak floor throughout the downstairs. If the problem is a leak under the floor and not a fault with the boiler, then precise location of the leak will be paramount to avoid as much damage to the floor as possible. Your recommendations please. Thank you.
