We have 3 radiators that were piped into the warm water circuit in stead of the heating circuit and need this fixed. The bathroom towel rack has a leak and need to be replaced. The one radiator and surrounding piping has a leak that has to fixed - fixing a job done 8 years ago picking up leaks during the last month. Overall balancing of heating and help with automated settings
Very competent and professional high quality work. Great service. Nice people to deal with. Good follow-up service and support. Lawrence did a fantastic piece of work - he identified and fixed problems that we were struggling with for years - we are looking forward to a nice and warm winter. I'm not sure
We would like to move the gas boiler from the Kitchen, to under the stairs in the next room. The new position is approx 3 metres away on the same external wall.
We would like 2 quotes, one for moving the existing boiler and one for replacing the boiler with a new condensing model.
The kitchen will have been removed when this work takes place, so should be straightforward.
Ideally we would like this undertaken before 17th April 2010.
Ralph and Jason, did a great job. Offered sensible expert advise, quoted and installed the new boiler within the week. Installed the boiler at the exact height specified and hid the pipework in a channel in the wall. They completed everything exactly as quoted and even a couple of extra minor adjustments to pipework. Cleaned up after themselves and provided a written receipt. Very happy with the service, will be using them again for future work.

Our boiler is making a horrible droning noise. The noise is intermittent but persistant and shakes the house! When an engineer has been called out previously, we were unable to 'force' the boiler to make the noise so that the engineer could 'diagnose' the problwm. It is a Baxi boiler fitted about 4 years ago.
Firstly, we would like this noise stopped and secondly, a boiler service is overdue.
