For Potterton Performa 24 Eco HE boiler. Hot water has been going hot and cold when taking shower. Diaphragm was changed when hot water went completely cold but problem has persisted. Now boiler looses water pressure throughout day and night. Also when heating is turned off and shower taken, heating still comes on very hot.
I needed my boiler fixed asap and rather than get quotes I was going to rely on the reviews here. Heatsave were the first and got highly recommending reviews. I was told to pay seventy pounds plus vat which came to eighty four pounds for the engineer to come around and tinker with the boiler for one hour. What I did not expect is that he would go away and get the office to quote one hundred and ten pounds for labour and two hundred and ten pounds for two parts, plus vat: which comes to five hundred pounds!

Demir replaced a very old boiler and old flue. He was punctual both when quoting and carrying out the work and always fully communicated the options I had an explained the different benefits. The work was carried out cleanly and efficiently and they stayed late in order to get the job completed on the same day. He then returned the next day to inspect everything and ensure all the paperwork and manufacturers guarantees were complete. I would not hesitate to use Demir again.

No power lights are showing on the boiler and no sign of mains power getting to the combi boiler, though fuse looks fine and all other connections in the same room are working fine.
James was quick to respond and fixed the problem speedily. Price was very reasonable though I thought the £50 pick up charge for the replacement part could have been better explained, as I may have gone to pick it up myself, however I was happy with the work, speed of finding the fault and rectifying it and the overall price.

Hi, I've been struggling to repair a 12-15 year old Baxi Solo 3 30PF over the past 3 wks with no joy. I think it's time to give up and get a new boiler. I have no hot water or heat so need a new one installed asap. I think a combi boiler will be preferable so I can get rid of the water cylinder in the airing cupboard as long as my radiators will cope with a pressurised system. The property is a ground floor, 2 bedroom flat. I need quotes as soon as possible please with a view to get the job done tomorrow if possible! Thanks.

I have an old combi boiler that is no longer functioning so I require a new one. I am looking for someone fully qualified who can provide a good quality boiler & parts, as well as the labour to fit appropriately
Bernie came round to give me a quote on a new boiler and he was very polite, on time and gave full and clear information. I have subsequently decided not to have my boiler replaced but this was due to reasons completely independent of the quotes I received. Even after I told Bernie I wasn't going to get a new boiler at this time he offered me lots of useful advice. His quote was also the lowest of the three I received.
