Job Combi boiler (Glow-worm) leaking. It seems only to leak during th night, when no heating is on and no hot water called for.

Comment Richard and Patrick did a first rate job of replacing my boiler (and fitting new bathroom taps without extra charge) for a very good price. They were friendly, efficient, worked cleanly and tided as they went. The job was completed within good time and instructions on operating the new boiler were clear. Richard promised register the boiler immediately so the new owner here would have all the relevant paperwork - it has yet to arrive. I feel sure it shall. I would rec Richard, and already have. Budget Under £100

Job Gas fired combi boiler (Ideal Mini) showing high pressure and as a result not safe to turn on the central heating. Boiler is firing as normal and there is no problem with hot water as well.

Job Our old potterton kingfisher has given up, leaving us with a need to replace the boiler and possibly the water tank above.

Comment Mike was very prompt in providing us with a well priced quote, and was able to complete the job very soon after posting, a real bonus as we were without heat and hot water! Mike is friendly, enthusiastic, down to earth and determined to do a good job; he more than did this for us. When a small van accident put a delay on the work, as soon as he was able he came around to do some interim repairs that would tide us over until he could come back to finish the job the following day. The job was well done and we now have heat and hot water in a brand new boiler that's working brilliantly. Helena

Job Add 2 single Radiators to an existing 3 radiator Baxi Gas CH system. New pipes to be laid in a Ground floor appartment with solid concrete floor. A channel in the concrete floor is required for the pipes. Approx distance is 8 ft to 1st Radiator from existing radiator. Pipe to 2nd Radiator is to be taken from 1st Rad and routed above floor level to ajacent room.
