We have gas fired boiler in our garage. The central heating pump is in the 1st floor airing cupboard.. My problem seems to be that some of the downstairs radiators, are a lot cooler than others.Especially the lounge.Bleeding these radiators does nothing. The system is 10 years old.
The Day Mr Trueman, came to have a look at the job, he tried to help get the heating working correctly free of charge. He did an exellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend him, or ask him to carry out any work for us, in the future. V. Atwill

I have a 1 year old condensing central heating boiler with water tanks in the store room and main water supply tank in the loft and i need it to be serviced annually by a GAS SAFE REGISTERED installer and need the engineer to record the service on my warranty booklet. I would also require a proof that the engineer is GAS SAFE REGISTERED installer.
Gordon was very straight forward and when he came and saw that my boiler was just a year old and to service it was not hard work he dropped his asking price for the work. will anybody else drop the price without even asking and i had agreed to pay more that what he took from me.

Based on some advice over the phone from my brother, who lives too far away to fix this himself....I suspect the expansion vessel is deflated and/or connect hose blocked or restricted and may need to replace pressure release valve. I have a Vokera Compact.
