Budget Under £100

Job We'd like a service to our gas fire. It ignites but then it takes several attempts to fully light. No idea of model as we didn't have it installed. It's an open flame/coal effect.

Job The particular type of combi boiler can be discussed. Mine is a 2- bedroom semi. There are water tanks in the loft and airing cupboard which I should like removing.
