"Martin arrived on time to give his quote which proved to be acceptable. He explained all the procedures he would undertake and highlighted any possible problem areas. He spent x3 days to do the job. at the end of each day he would give a progress report. Due to our work schedule we were out of our house a fair bit but had no worries about giving Martin a set of keys. The emersion plus the tanks in the loft disappeared, all the pipework was exemplary as was the brickwork that needed doing. At the end of each day he cleaned up and cleared his kit away. Anyone saying this guy is poor is not living on the same planet. I have already recomended Martin to others and will probably get him to fit my new bathroom. Upon completion he went through the instructions for the new boiler with us and left us with the wonderful knowledge that we had chosen the right person to do the right job."
