My Wife and Myself ventured into property development and used Paul as he seemed a decent guy. It turns out we were mistaken. We made the mistake of paying him for the work he had done but not finished, and it ended up costing us twice the amount in the end. Just beware. The work he carried out didn't pass an inspection, and it took months to do and ended up costing me double.
