Job I have two jobs which required attention - a repair to a gas boiler and a repair to a gas fire. Job one: Gas boiler - Glow-worm Fuelsaver 30-40. I am having problems lighting my gas boiler. The pilot will light, however as soon as the boiler fires up, the light blows out. It is possible, after 15-20 minutes of continously trying to light the boiler that it will stay lit, but only until the end of the timed heating period and then it doesn't come back on again. Job two: Gas fire - Mblazes Azech convector. Gas fire won't light.

Comment No problem with the fire removal and gas capping. However, they managed to rip and tear the brand new lino in my kitchen when capping the gas pipe. They did not even tell me, just ran off without saying anything. Very annoyed and would never use again. Alison
