Comment 'This is not just a tradesman, this is a M&S tradesman!' Professional, very quick, on time, best price, ultra clean everyday and when the job was complete. We have had a Combi & pipework problems over the past 3 months so we needed it completely replaced + 5 new radiators put in. He was able to start quickly, within our budget and his speed on the job was trully unbelievable! Trustworthy to leave house key with him. Job Boiler located on rear wall downstairs. Require a more energy efficient boiler to be installed on a side wall approximately 12-15ft internal distance away from original location, still downstairs. Combi boiler is currently used. last serviced february 2011. No existing holes for a flue in the new boiler location. Under floor heating may be installed in a conservatory to be built adjoining the wall where the boiler currently is. There are two bathrooms in the house, one downstairs closer to the boilers new location and one upstairs on the opposite side of the house, still at the rear of the house.
