Halstead boiler fitted 2004, serviced 7 months ago. No hot water since 13/05/11. Also have ongoing problem that only some of the radiators usually heat up, but the water is a real problem. When we turn on the shower, we get a very loud noise - from pipes? from water tank in loft? Boiler is a combi. Only writing on it says 'i Ideal'. Quite new - 5/6 years?
