Our kitchen has been partially fitted but our builder has now gone off on long term sick leaving us with the job half done. We have a young baby and have been without use of our kitchen now for almost a month so really need some help.
The units, worktops and appliances are all fitted as are most of the units. One unit still needs a door fitted and another requires drawers. For the remainder just need trim & kick boards and some adjustments to make the doors line up true.
Lastly c5 square meters of tiling - tiles, adhesive & grout already bought but again job half done and the flooring needs to be covered with plywood/similar so that we can pout down lino.
Brian and his team took on the job of refitting our kitchen after we fell foul of a bad builder.
Right from the first visit and throughout the work we were impressed by Brian and the team's professionalism.
They turned up early each day and worked incredibly hard, stripping and refitting our entire kitchen in just three days.
The finish is fantastic and we are over the moon with our new kitchen.
I would definitely recommend BM Developments to anyone considering having work done in their home.Craig
I have purchased a designed B&Q kitchen (c. 16 units in a horse shoe layout) which I would like to have fitted. There will also be some tiling (floor - 4.5m and walls 3m), remedial plumbing and electrical work involved, due to the relocation of a couple of power points, simple relocation of the kitchen sink, and a gas feed needs to be extended. Based in Aberdeen.
To be installed probably the first week in october, including all electrical work and changing electric hob to gas. Kitchen will be stripped out before hand to enable installation as soon as possible.
New kitchen wanted. Full refurb
Kitchen damaged by chip pan fire. Remove and replace damaged units, Replace electric oven and hob, rewire cooker point and sockets as required. Repaint walls and ceiling, replace tiles. May have to replace light fitting. Insurance

There is no old kitchen to be removed and the new kitchen fittings only consists of base units and a ladder unit. No wall units or tiling involved.Radiator also needed to be relocated and new wall sockets oput in.
Would like old kitchen removed and new kitchen installed, plumbing and electrics, gas also. Average size kitchen, may be some extra e.g. new skirting, new light in roof. I saw one in B&Q I quite like so would have to be designed by yourself and materials required purchased.

Fit sourced kitchen units, worktops, lights and appliances. These include 50/50 fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher which are all integrated, sink, elec oven, gas hob and extractor hood. Floor requires to be tiled as do the walls. Other areas require plaster work including walls and ceiling. The kitchen will be cleared of old units and all wall and floor tiles. Approx area = 3.2M X 6M.
