Dynorod have identified an uncapped pipe behind a wall in my kitchen. To access it 2 units, sink and poss work surface need to be removed so they can go through the wall and cap the pipe. The kitchen then needs replacing. It is a small kitchen in a 1 bedroom flat in Bristol.
This is the first time I’ve used Rated People and I will be back again but only for any jobs that Jamie can’t do! I got 3 quotes and Jamie’s was competitive; he was the most prompt in responding and sending on information, arrived on time for the quote and was friendly and professional. The job was to access an old pipe which Dynorod had discovered was uncapped. This was behind a kitchen wall so Jamie removed part of my kitchen including units and sink. The property is rented and I wasn’t present at the time of the work so when the job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated (pipe actually below ground in a very tight space) Jamie was really helpful in sending me photos via his mobile so I could see what needed to be done. I felt fully informed and went with his recommendations to remedy the problem. I went back to the flat yesterday and everything was exactly back in place, clean and tidy. I would use Jamie again for any job both on my rented property or my home address, he is honest, trustworthy and a hard worker. Thanks Jamie.

Had to make last minute changes to kitchen design (my own fault!) and they were able to quickly accommodate the new layout without any problems (thank you!). Workmanship first rate and both friendly and hardworking (kitchen fitted in 2 days). Will be asking them back without hesitation to finish off a few other bits I need doing. Great job. Thanks.

Hi, we've got a really easy job for someone. We've just had a new kitchen fitted and we just need our hob connected to it's gas pipe by someone qualified to give it the ok. Our builder isn't qualified but has told us it's really straightforward and will take 30 minutes maximum. He's advised us that if we're getting charged over 40 squid we're being ripped off. Looking forward to hearing from you, as soon as we get this done we can eat properly again. Thanks!
