"I chose [COMPANY NAME] because they were very proactive about visiting the site and drawing up the initial quote. However, the other reason I chose them was that they were able to do the job when I wanted them to do so. However as we approached the week I had requested they tried to change the dates which would have been inconvenient for me. I had to be quite firm in insisting on the week we had already agreed. In the end they were able to organise it for the week initially agreed. This did show a lack of organisation and planning from the coordinator and caused me unecessary stress. The electrician and tiler were excellent and I would definately use them again. The plumber was timely and was quick to come out when we developed some problems toward the end of the job for no extra charge. I would use him again. The carpenters did a reasonable job but were quite keen to get it finished and as a result there were some corners cut which made things difficult for the other tradespeople. All professionals were claen and tidy in their work."
