Comment Fitted a kitchen worktop. Done the job in 7hrs but the finish in the mitre is not excellent. Can notice the join. A good attempt though. I wanted a price around £100 and it cost me £150 in the end. Ashley

Job L Shape worktop, need one mitre join and cut out for hob. Another straight worktop for under the window with sink to be cut out. Worktops are Laminate.

Comment Can't rate Malcolm highly enough, totally reliable, excellent communication, competative prices and total perfectionist. Malcolm did our job and more than what was expected of him. Budget Under £2,000

Job The room is a dining kitchen approx 4580mm by 2900mm. The type of layout that we have in mind consists of around 12 units. The hob and oven and the tiles would also need replacing, and we would prefer for all of the work to be done/overseen by one person. The plumbing, gas and electrics can stay where they are, so no complicated work of this nature is required. We are expecting to supply the fitter with the kitchen, but we are open to suggestions, e.g. if the fitter is also used to supplying kitchens.

Comment If you want an honest, reliable trades person who you can trust, then Martin's your man. Our job ran in to quite a few complications that meant the job went on much longer than expected, but Martin stayed with us until they were all sorted out without taking an extra penny. A couple of the complications Martin couldn't sort out himself, but he's so well connected that he quickly just got someone else in to help him. Everyone he brought into our home was equally trust worthy, I had no qualms about leaving any of them in the house if I had to pop out. His communication is excellent, you can always get him on his mobile either by voice or text, and he'll always leave a message if he phones and can't get you. He even came back and did a dandy job sealing our leaky bath that has never been fully water tight in 3 years! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Diann
