I have been quoted by B and Q over £3000 to fit my kitchen. This is a small kitchen ! is this unreasonable? Remove existing units and tiles.Fit Sink/base unit,3 wall units + small folding cuboard,1 base unit. gas hob/electric oven/ undercounter fridge, tileing wall and floor. very small areas.
Mark Baimbridge has been more than helpful. Kept in constant touch, brought samples for me and have given me a very good price. I am to be assured it will be a showhouse finish to my kitchen and I believe him. I would thoughly reccommend Applegate.

I've just moved into a house in the Earley area. The kitchen needs completely replacing. I've bought a new integrated oven with a hood, a new sink & taps, a couple of counter cupboards & a couple of wall cupboards. I will also need the walls replastering & the laminate flooring fitted. The room is quite small, (approx 3m x 2m), so there isn't actually that much to do. The equipment will arrive at the start of June. I'm also happy for you to come & do a site visit before you provide me with a quote. I have the designs already created, by Homebase.
Please let me know, then, if you're able to do all of the above, how long you would expect it to take & if you'll be available to start work once the equipment arrives.

Utility room has already been gutted and ready for installation of 2 larder units (one over gas boiler) 1 sink base unit, 1 small base unit and 2 wall units. Kitchen need old units removing, but owner is capable of doing some of this. New units to be fitted include 1 oven housing unit, 1 wall unit, 6 base units (including sink unit), worktop and breakfast bar. Also fitting of ceramic hob into worktop and extractor to wall above. Utility room is approx 12' by 10' and kitchen area is approx 12' by 9'.

We are in the process of having our kitchen refitted in the next few weeks with a design we have in mind (see attached images)
As well as having the kitchen fitted, there is also a requirement to install new plumbing (hot+cold water feed for appliances and waste water to gutter) and possibly some electrical work.

Not sure the exact size. I guess 10' down one side with sink and stove cut in. and 6' down another side. Plus one other location about 4' by 4'. I know some bits will neeed 900mm depth laminate. I think I'll probably source the work tops so am looking for someone with the skill to remove the old worktops and fit the new ones.
