Rip out existing kitchen and dispose of units (recycle centre is 5min drive away)
Replaster walls and ceiling (4mx3.4m room, 3 doors, 3 windows, one boiler unit)
Paint walls, ceiling, including gloss work
Fit 4 ceiling lights (new locations) and 2 wall lights (existing location)
Alteration to existing step (brick construction)
Screed and tile floor, incl insulation
Fit new kitchen (prebuilt units ~16 incl wall units)
Fit granite worktop (as option - i may get supplier to do this)
Fit appliances (oven, dishwasher, fridge, sink)
Refit sockets, wall unit lighting
Fit tile (option) and splashback as necessary
Fit radiator, bespoke radiator box to customer spec and plumbing as necessary
Replaster chimney breast in next door room, and box in several vertical pipes
Tidy site and keep reasonably dust free (kitchen provides bathroom access) daily
