Job Complete house renovation. This is a rental property but needs doing to a good professional standard. Kitchen and bathroom design required. Kitchen units fitted, oven, hob, extractor, new boiler. Vynil flooring and splashback tiling. At present the bathroom and toilet are seperated by a linen cupboard and hot water tank. Linen cupboard and tank to be removed, new bathroom suite and shower fitted. Floor and wall tiling. No supporting walls involved, just stud walls. Some interior doors to be replaced and repainting throughout. Commencement mid September. Previous customers details required for reference purposes.

Comment House renovation. We can wholeheartedly recommend Chiltern Kitchens. They did the whole project from planning to completion very professionally and to a very high standard. Naturally on such a large job there had to be some flexibility in certain areas, but our wishes and requirements were always given the top priority. Job Fit around 9 metres of Solid Oak worktop. Worktop to be finished when installed, quaote to include all parts required for fitting. One run of two metres, incorporating cut-out for hob. One run of around six metres incorpoarting one sink cut-out One run of one metre to join six metre run. This is replacing current worktop, in exactly same position. New worktop is thicker tham old worktop.

Job Kitchen will be bought from ikea, will need to fit 11 cabinets, 2 worktops, mixer tap and ceramic double sink, electric hob and cooker plus hood. I need floor relaying and walls replastering. the kitchen is approx 4.5x2.5 metres.

The guy that appeared half an hour early (Lee) was very polite and was both fast and accurate, he did a lovely job of the worktop and tidied up after himself too. Budget I'm not sure

Job Kitchen will be totally empty (!) So the job is to fit in small Ikea kitchen of basically 6 units - 1 corner with sink, 2 base units and 3 wall units, including fitting all doors etc. Also to fit solid beech worktop (and fit sink into it...) To fit extractor fan to wall.
