To remove old kitchen, tiles, and replaster. To install a new kitchen, fetch gas from another room into kitchen for dual fuel cooker. To move electric cooker point to another wall in kitchen. To plumb in dual fuel cooker, integrated dishwasher, sink, built under fridge and freezer - cooker hood needs venting from kitchen wall to outside. To attach worktop and upstands. No tiling required. Room size approx 3.6m x 3.5m u-shaped. Two tall units need cutting to fit shallow area, then just base and wall units need attaching. Units not flat packed, already made up except doors need attaching (I think). I think I need a gas certificate and electric certificate when kitchen completed to comply with building regulations. Thanks
