to install a new sink in new location (outside drain would be on the wall where new sink moved to) to replumb in dishwasher, washing machine, to fit worktop, and to remove current sink.
Jay Delport really is simply superb. He altered our kitchen for us, and is the most hard working and kind professional you will meet. "one call does it all' is on his cards - and it's just so true. Jay is all you wil need to do your job. Brilliant!ollie
I want to install a new galley kitchen along one side of my kitchen (4.26m stretch of wall. I would like to put down a new wood floor first..
I want an IKEA kitchen and have a rough idea of the kitchen I want.
I don't want to spend a fortune on it as I propose selling my flat and I may find prospective buyers want to move the kitchen anyway. I would however like a good practical working kitchen as I love to cook!
I would get IKEA to do the work but it is impossible to get through to them to organise the planning and measurements checks for the units. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine - but I will buy new if I have to.
It would be good if the kitchen specialist I choose is also capable of laying the floor and completing any tiling required to tie the whole thing together. (or works with other specialists who work to a good standard)
In fairness my kitchen took two weeks longer to fit than estimated due to the very poor condition of the walls. This added a week onto the schedule but Pat juggled conscientiously with his subsequent jobs to ensure the job was finished to a high standard. I am delighted with my kitchen. I understand most people go through hell having the kitchen renovated. His excellent team and I just had to cope with his singing. Only joking Pat!Lynne
Fit in all intergrated appliances and then 6 base units and 4 wall units for the actual kitchen. The current space is empty and no tiling is needed.
THE TEAM TURNED UP EXACTLY AS SAID , DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, CLEANED UP WHEN FINISHED AND WERE FRIENDLY , HELPFUL AND CURTEOUS AT ALL TIMES AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.Christine
Present canopy hood is faulty and very old. New hood required but present hood fits in a rectangle measuring 55cm x 42cm. This will probably mean putting in a new board with a smaller aperture cut out.
Excellent service. John was punctual and assessed the job very quickly. Everything was left neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to use him again.Patrick
