"I would not recommend Cassidy Building and Plumbing, in-fact I would strongly advise people not to use this company. Please read below as to my reasons 1.The kitchen fitting job was not completed:Large amount of building waste left in the garden that we had to clear to the tip ourselves including some rubbish that was not even part of our job, we had to grout all the kitchen tiles, we had to finish the painting in the kitchen, we had to buy and fit the boiler time clock ourselves 2. Communication during the job was very bad, mostly didnâ??t respond to calls, texts or voicemail 3. They were very unreliable, they said that they were coming and simply did not turn up nor let you know this was going to happen or why 4. Cassidy's also fitted a boiler. They delivered the wrong boiler twice. The second one was already being fitted when they realised it was the wrong boiler. 5. We were never told of the potential issues with fitting a new pressurised boiler to a very old gravity fed system, two days after installation two radiators burst. 6. The new boiler was not pressure tested and the system was not flushed through 7. New boiler installations should have 22mm piping to the boiler not 15mm as we have got we were never told this needed to be replaced to conform to corgi requirements AND nor was it replaced 4.Ultimately they were dishonest I made the mistake of paying the final amount in cash. As soon as I did this it was clear that Darron was not going to finish the job."
