I have completed some work already but need either a new hole, or larger hole through an outside wall to complete the job. Then will need it all connecting up. Should be a couple of hours work, ideally needs to be completed on Monday 19th.

There are existing tiles in both the kitchen and bathroom, these need to be either removed or left in place and new tiles put over the existing ones. I awarded this job to this tradesman based on 2 factors, the reviews from some former customers as well as the fact he was able to sell his services better than the other tradesmen that were competing for the Job. The Job has now been finished and I can positively say the quality was to a good standard. On the positive side: Tony arranged with some workmates to get my old and dying boiler sorted although I did not have all the money upfront his mate allowed me to pay over two installments and I am very grateful for that. On the Negative side: Tony let me down towards the end of this Job as there were several complaints from him about how much he was being paid even though we agreed a flat rate and I subsequently paid more than the initially agreed sum. Although I paid him, there is still a long list of unfinished jobs that have been abandoned since he received his bank draft as follows: 1) The door handle has not been fitted on my integrated dishwasher and although I expected this as part of the job, Tony could not promise he could do this, and he still has the door handle so I am unable to contract to another tradesman without buying another handle. 2) My neff integrated washer dryer does not fit flush due to the bulky plumbing work behind the appliance (I understand from him that nothing can be done by him but I have since confirmed this was caused due to the dodgy plumbing behind the appliance) 3)There are some tiles in the kitchen still requiring grouting to be done on them. 4) I bought some soft close hinges which Tony failed to install on my kitchen units and he removed from my premises so again I am unable to get someone else to come and rectify this issue at some other time in the future. 5) I paid for outside security lights to be installed but these are currently not working and I am at present unable to reach Tony via any of his contact numbers in order to discuss how this can be fixed. 6) All the construction waste and my old kitchen units are currently littered all over my front and back gardens. 7) Tony had his dog at my house during this job and my back garden has dog foul all over it that was not cleared up. I have tried severally for the past few days to get these issues resolved but Tony does not seem to be reachable via mobile. As a result I will now have to find a way to sort all of the above issues myself. I still have a few jobs to do around the house but I would definitely not be using Tony for any future jobs as I am thoroughly disappointed in the way my property and myself have been treated.

Fitted in a new kitchen for us. Did very good job and managed to overcome any problems that arose on the way. Got job done within the time he said and all at very competitive rates.

Fit B&Q Kitchen. U-shape - 3rd wall is breakfast bar. Quite small kitchen. Appliances: Electric oven and cooker hood, gas hob (I can arrange for a plumber if needed), integrated dishwasher, and sink. Some relocation of sockets and switches may be required. Worktop and breakfast bar are laminate. Existing kitchen needs to be pulled down and some plastering will likely be required. There may also be some tiling work but don't include this in your quote as we haven't decided yet. Other bits: Need to box-in / hide stack pipe and 2 lintels. Remove kitchen fan and fill the hole it leaves. If you'd like to come round and have a look so you can provide a more accurate quote then that's fine - give me a ring and we'll arrange a time.
Peter was professional, friendly, trustworthy, and competent. Job took about 1.5 weeks, including removal of existing kitchen, lots of electrics, and a lot of 'making good'. Overall I am more than happy with the standard of the work and would not hesitate to recommend Kitchens Unique to others. A good job at a fair price.

have bought wickes kitchen (shaftesbury) and various appliances, plan to fit units myself but will need specialist for installing duropal worktops with sink and gas hob, also plumbing in gas hob and oven, and sink tap. kitchen 2.5m x 3.2m, walls newly plastered. Will get 3 duropal worktops uncut (no joints)

Updated : I also require pelmet to be cut and fitted and also kick boards to be cut and fitted Original : I need a trademan to measure and cut either a piece of glass or laminate for a splash back behind the gas hob and also to cut and fit an upstand strip to sit above the worktop all the way around. I will take advice from the tradesman on where to get the materials for the job.
