design ideas and then possibly help with the refurb.
Old kitchen to be replaced. New area will be approx 25 x 20 ft
We hired KCT to build a large extension and ensuite plus a kitchen re-fit. We found Kevin to be reliable and informative. He employs a team who displayed good workmanship and who were always considerate when working in our home. Kevin helped us with ideas; he was also receptive to the changes that we requested during the course of the build. We are very happy with the quality and results of the build and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to others. MT/SGMarc
In our utility room, we need existing 1000mm base and sink unit replaced with new 1000mm base unit,150mm base unit, sink and tap. To be fitted with 1770mm worktop (which also will cover existing washing machine).
We supply: worktop, sink, tap, units.
I was very impressed with the service, did a great job, including a bit extra we hadn't asked for on the original quote. Good price - would use again.Ben

Hello,
I've just made an offer on a house that I'm looking to move into with my younger brother. The offer has been accepted and all going well will complete in around 10 weeks.
I appreciate it's probably a little premature but I was hoping to get an idea of a price for installing a new bathroom and kitchen in the property, again I appreciate it may be a little abstract without you actually seeing sight of the property. To assist I have included a link to the floor plan of the property and the property details.
The job would include removing the original kitchen and bathroom and starting from scratch, with the bathroom tiled from floor to ceiling.
I understand the the price will vary according to what suites are installed etc but a ball park figure would be appreciated including a breakdown for labour etc.
Your assistance would be much appreciated.
