"I cannot speak highly enough of this tradesmen. After originally posting our job on a Sunday evening, Jon was very quickly in contact to arrange a suitable time to visit us. Jon turned up the next day, exactly at the agreed time, and listened to our requirements for a kitchen refit. He was aso able to offer several useful pieces of information and also make suggestions on how we could save money on our quote. He went on to provide us a no nonsense, plain english quote, on the spot. The quote was also extremely competitive. Jon also bought along a portfolio of his previous work and talked over his previous experience. The portfolio contained very clear A4 colour photographs that allowed you to get a good sense of the high quality of his work. It was really diverse and quite impressive. We had no doubt Jon would be able to install our Kitchen with ease and equally important when letting people into your house, I felt he was someone you could trust. At this point we were planning to go with Jon for our kitchen install. After he gave us a price, we also said we'd like to paint our walls ourselves, and asked the best point in the project to do it. To our surprise, he offered to do this at no extra cost. We ended up choosing another company which was a very difficult decision. The only reason was because Jon was unable to start the job as soon as we (my wife!) wanted the work doing (we wanted the work starting within a couple of weeks). Taking into account Jons punctuality, friendly approach and value for money looking at the high quality portfolio - him being booked up was no doubt testimony to the quality of his work. You may ask why based on all of this we didn't wait for the work to be done by Jon, but I have a very impatient wife! Enough said!!"
