I currently have an Electrolux semi-integrated dishwasher that has stopped working. I am buying a replacement dishwasher that will be delivered to my house later this week. I require a fitter to come and finish removing the existing dishwasher (I have already partially removed it) and fit the new machine.
Plumbing and electrical work are already installed (this is a new build property) and no additional work will be required, just connection. This will be straightforward job.
It would also be helpful if he can remove the old dishwasher, although this is not essential to the quote, as I can take the item to the local tip myself.
Approximate dates will be mid to late this week commencing 4 March.
I hired Pablo to fit some new kitchen appliances and do a basic kitchen refurbishment. He provided a competitive quote in writing, and did not leave until we were happy with the work. He did work slowly but I would prefer that to a rushed job. Would recommend.Ali
Small kitchen - needs installation of kitchen units - electrics need to be reviewed and new plug sockets added- walls need to be made good either by skimming or plastering. New pipe work required.
Self employed is professional and this is reflected in his excellent craftsmanship, his work is beautifully neat, perfected and precise. Self-employed is hard working, reliable (he is always contactable), patient, respectful. He has been considerate of my neighbours/ building when doing work and he has kept my property immaculate. He has provided high quality work with very reasonable prices and as a first time buyer I have found this appealing.Sarah
Hello. We're looking for an experienced kitchen fitter who can fit a new solid wood worktop (needs to be cut) and new tiles (approx 2 sq m) in our kitchen.
Very pleased with the work Mario completed. I can highly recommend him. He is such a reliable person - always on time and complete work to a very good standard. I'll hire him again to get my kitchen cupboard doors replaced. Look forward to seeing my new kitchen. Ayako
First floor flat - Removal of current kitchen (inc 3sqm wall tiling, 3 base units, 3 wall units, laminate flooring). Installation of new howdens kitchen with: 6sqm engineered wood flooring, 4 base units(2 corner), 4 wall units (with 1 tailored corner unit carcass), 5m laminate worktop with 2 joins, gas hob, electric oven, chimney hood, single bowl sink and mixer tap, 3 new double sockets, w/machine and dishwasher plumbing and wastes, 1.5sqm wall tiling and replastering 3sqm, new boiler and pipework, cap off 1 radiator feed pipe.
They were very hard-working and the end result is exactly what we wanted. Pawel was always good with answering emails and phone calls quickly. He easily dealt with issues such as the delivery of our appliances being delayed by a week.Dan
B&Q kitchen - building and installing 2 new cabinets - one with sink in, chaning doors on other cabinets. Installing new cooker - gas hob and electric cooker and new worktops. Removal and disposal of old cooker and old unit.
Great job - easy to deal with, Supplied the kitchen, fitted it, removed the old one and re-tiled, it looks great and was done quickly and efficently. Would recommend them.Nicola
Removal of current worktop, to be replaced by new one.
Worktop in 2 sections and join in a corner - approx lengths:
- 2m
- 1.8m
With cutouts needed for hob and sink.
Currently haven't bought new worktops, and will have to buy new sink and cooker hob.
John came round to do me a quote on the Saturday for replacing my kitchen worktop, sink, hob and oven. He was very reasonably priced and I had him back in on Monday to carry out the work.
John was very tidy and efficient etc. and finished the job much quicker than I anticipated. Extremely happy with the results, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend John to friends/family.
Thanks again John!
Cheers,
ChrisChris
In small kitchen replace the two sections of worktop approx 6 foot each, cut hole for sink in one, replace sink and taps, fix leak, maybe with a new stopcock. We have worksurfaces, taps and sink. other fitting may be required. if this sounds familiar I tried to advertise this before but cannot access my rated people account.
I chose Chris for the job based on his quote, his advice and apparant knowledge (because he was knew to the site and didn't have any ratings yet - I think he usually gets work through word-of-mouth). Fortunately, it seems that I picked the right man for the job ,as he (and his son?) have done a great job in my kitchen, going out of their way rushing around South London to find a missing part, clearing up after themselves etc. They didn't hang about either. We haven't decided on work tops as yet, depends on cost of installation. We have the kichen and cooker so don't need any other appliances.
Terry's initial consultation helped us to formulate our ideas. He has an in-depth knowledge of all areas including plumbing, electrics and tiling, as well as kitchen planning. Initial quote was accurate and detailed and extra work was discussed and priced as we went along so we knew where we stood. In the build phase his team were on-time every day, well prepared and professional. Not only that - they left the kitchen tidy, with tools put away and as clean as possible and even working appliances most days! Terry has a great eye for detail and sound advice on positioning of units, lights and choice of materials. We didn't make it easy for him - an end of line, value kitchen which we wanted to give a designer look. Terry managed that through his ingenuity and perfectionism.Adam
victorian terraced house, need a fitted kitchen, new floor and redecorate.
Chris is a nice guy, he's also a very good crasftsman. What he lacks is project management skills. HE quoted us a fixed amount for the job of redoing our kitchen, and it was a good quote. he also quoted a job time of 7 days which turned into 4 weeks. The finished job is pretty good, but some things are not what we wanted, such as we now have a tiny sink when we needed a big one. the carpentry and tiling is top notch. I would hire Chris if there was someone better to manage and organize the project, but not if he was in charge.tony
I need a complete kitchen refurb, including stripping back the existing kitchen and decoration (cabinets, pine cladding on walls and ceiling, floor and wall tiles), making good (new ceiling, lighting, plastering, floor tiles, cabinets, wall tiles, sink plumbing, etc).
I have not chosen cabinets yet, although have a style in mind.

Hi,
I am fitting a kitchen at my nephews flat, but require someone to fit the worktop, IE do the mitre, cut them correctly to length (and apropriate angle where walls maybe out of square), also cut apertures fors/s sink and gas hob. The job is in woodford, so if anyone is interested send me an email or phone me.
I have the work tops and bolts for mitre, they just need fitting, also possibly fitting cornices to top and underside of wall units.
Many thanks.
Tony
