I need someone to exchange laminat worktops in my kitchen, and to tile the wall between worktop and kitchen cabinets.(4 sq m-Under £100)
Billy has done a very good job, he was on time, reliable and my kitchen looks fantastic.
I will definitely keep his phone number for the future as his service is a really good value too. I could't recommend him highly enought!

I would like my kitchen refurbished with new units of which there are 12 + 1 existing, including the washing machine space.
I am not in the property right now, so the dimensions I am guessing are a minimum approximately 150 square foot.
It is a simple job that I am interested in.
Something to make the flat more habitable, rather than any special design to increase value, although of course I would like the units in keeping with the property.
There is the potential to do more and the kitchen will also need decorating and new lino, but these are not the priority.
There is currently some leaking damage being caused which will be investigated on 20th November, to stop the damage (minimal) before decorating and refurbishment could commence and the damage is affecting only one unit adjacent to an outer wall.
I would like to think that this can be done before the end of the year, or at least by the end of January 2011 to let and I will need an estimate for this job.
