Job Kitchen measures 28feet x 14feet, including an central island and area for informal meals.Built with house in 1986; wood cupboards and tiled floor to be replaced.. Laundry area to be retained. Gas boiler; gas hob, both retained.2 Electric ovens to be replaced with gas. There are 3 windows and a back door which is not used. Filling this in gives eextra space for fridge/freezers.

Job Replace existing externally vented cooker hood [Siemens] with an internal recirculation hood. Preferred model Baumatic BT6.3GL Chimney Hood. Dimensions of this hood fit the space according to my measurements but need to double-check. The primary purpose of this job is ultimately to remove the external ducting and close off the external wall opening as it is creating a cold-spot in the kitchen (and the bathroom above).

Comment A to B Management responded very promptly to my request for a quote, understood why the work needed to be done, provided sound advice and came to do the work within a week of my acceptance of their quote. The job was completed in one day, Sammy and his colleague took care to ensure that disruption was kept to a minimum while they were working, they were careful throughout, explained what was being done as the work progressed and at the end of their working day left me with exactly what I had asked for, and with my house in a clean and orderly state. I have more work in the pipleline and will definitely be using this firm again. A

Job Installation of kitchen required. Old units have all gone except for the sink. Kitchen is "U" shape in a larger room (i.e. with a peninsular). Length circa 3m, width circa 2.5m. Appliances required to be installed: - range cooker (wiring has been done), - cooker hood including ventalation, - integrated dishwasher (including plumbing & wiring), - integrated fridge (wiring is done), - integrated washing machine (plumbing and wiring required), - New sink & therefore plumbing. Floor is a bit uneven so you will need to level. Fitout quote should exclude worktops. Preferred start date of 3 November.
