Kris did a very good job for me and although (according to him) it was a small job my kitchen is now transformed. He was very patient when I had a problem with my choice of sink and came back to fit a new one finishing as late as 8.00pm. I would recommend him.

I am delighted with the work done today by tradesman Artur and team worker from Swift property services. They arrived promptly on time and done an excellent job removing old appliances and installing my Neff integrated electric cooker and dish washer as well as drilling hole in kitchen wall to install a hob vent. I was so impress with their work I asked them to also put my 32in plasma tv on my bedroom wall, wow. Everything is working super. Very reason price too. They are willing and very pleasant. Fernando did a first class job fitting our new kitchen and hanging new doors throughout the house,I will be using him again in the new year when we install our new bathrooms,I would recommend him as a hard working,friendly and skilled tradesperson.

You will need to purchase what ever you need from howdens to match the existing cabinets. I need a dishwasher cabinet installed(and the existing cupboard removed) and the dishwasher fitted. I will also need the drainage plumbed somehow as it is +-2-3 metres from the sinks drain. I need a integrated fridge installed - so you will need to fit the cabinet and fridge. Thanks

Brilliant and work done with a lot of patience. Highly recommended. Just wished I 've met his expertise long time ago.

Pleasee see attached pictures. The side with the sink is 14 ft 1" and the side with cooker is 12ft exactly from end to end. The worktops and wall tiles should be removed and replaced with Granite in either Baltic brown or Balmoral Red (exact colour to be confirmed). Upstands are also required. The sink will be replaced with a double sink and a maserator will need o be fitted. Your price should include labour and all materials including rubbish removal but NOT incluing the cost of the sink and maserator which will be provided. Grooves for sink on Granite will be required. Ths job can start as soon as price etc is agreed. If you require further informtion, please let me know.
Quite messy while working and not very organised. He smoked alot albeit outside the house but could still smell it everywhere. He seemed to be forever short of money and wanted payment even though bits were unfinished. After about 2 weeks the sink which he had fitted fell off and when informed him, he promised to come back to fit it. However a month has passed and he is not answering my calls anymore.

I need some corrections done to a poorly fitted kitchen. 1. Boiler waste pipe run through a worktop and joined to the sink waste pipe. 2. A dishwasher installed. 3. Tiling corrected around 2 window sills. 4. A wall unit moved.
Thabani is excellent. He is punctual trust worthy and very hardworking. He completely transformed our poorly fitted kitchen. The finish is amazing. He is very methodical and organised in his approach and keeps you informed during the entire work process. I would highly recommend him and I will be using him again in future.
