Installing a B&Q kitchen. Kitchen size is 3.87m x 2.71m. Wanted w/c 19 November, Yarnton, Kidlington, Oxfordshire
I wanted someone to manage the whole kitchen and bathroom - however the electrics were missed out (quite important!). Deadlines were missed too, but overall we finished up with a fairly good job, which we are mostly happy with.

Brief Summary The purpose of this project is to knock through a load-bearing wall to open up the kitchen and the dinning room to create one large kitchen and recycle much of the kitchen already in place. Specific Work Required The builder commissioned would ideally coordinate the following: • Removal of existing cabinets and work surface • Knock through load bearing wall from kitchen to dining room making one large L-shaped room • Insert an RSG to take the weight of the first floor • Re-fit the existing kitchen cabinets and surface to the proposed plan attached. This includes a built in dishwasher. • This includes moving the sink including the water supply from the kitchen into the old dining room area • Cutting the granite to allow for a Belfast sink • The five electric points in the old layout would need to be moved to the new location • Two electricity points would need to be adjusted in the dining room to make room for the kitchen cabinets • The relocation of the dining room radiator to the opposite side of the room is required to allow for the cabinets to be fitted along the far wall • The kitchen plan needs to be adjusted to fit a larger oven into the layout The oven is likely to be a Rangemaster range cooker 110 cm wide which will require the gas to be redirected • A new oven hood needs to be fitted 110 cm wide which will also require the extractor system to be re-directed • A oven splash back is required to be fitted • The white kitchen floor tiles in the old kitchen need to be pulled up and new granite tiles laid throughout the new kitchen • Any plastering that is damaged with the relocation of the kitchen would need to be repaired • The down light in the dining room would be removed and the same spot lights in the current kitchen need to run throughout the new kitchen • The kitchen under lighting would need to be refitted to the cabinets once they had been moved • The doorway at the end of the corridor will remain as it is Quote Your quote should be based on the following being supplied for you by us: • Existing cabinets with the new paint applied • The belfast sink • Slate floor tiles • New kitchen tap • Existing electrical switches • Extractor hood, cooker and slash back

Have a basic idea for Howden kitchen. Basic plan drawn up by Howdens but needs a bit of tinkering with. Room size 2.7 x 4M. We need a qualified installation team to do electrics, (including garden RCD socket), plumbing, cupboard installation and tiling. Appliances staying in situ. Breakfast bar required in design. Would like to have it completed by end of May. Looking for a good standard of finish.

Have just had a new boiler fitted which means that the work top needs replacing all round. The pipes to the boiler need boxing in neatly. Need someone as soon as possible.
