"" The Ultimate Professionals" - that's the only words I can use to describe the team of guys who came to do the work in my house. They turned up when they said they would and on time as well. Rob and his team were the consumate professionsals - each and every one of them. From Rob himself, where nothing was too much trouble especially when I asked for extra work to be done; Robbie who installed the kitchen and floor with such precision and care; Daniel the electrical installer / inspector who made sure every socket / light switch were at the correct height and the lights were positioned to give optimum luminance and installed my wireless shower; James the corgi gas fitter who not only installed my new boiler but recommended the correct one for my house; Matthew who plastered my walls and ceiling mirror smooth. I know I've missed some of the other guys off becuase I can't remember their names - and I apologize for that - but anyone that Rob brought to my home to do work falls into the same category of "professionals". In addition, I would just like to say a something on "trustworthyness". I know that most homeowners who invite people into their homes to do work are always concerned about "security of possessions". Within a few hours I knew that I could leave these guys to get on with the job and also leave the house without worrying about anything. In fact, when another team that I had booked to come and sort out my windows, it was Rob and his guys who each took turns to check on these people to make sure that possessions remained "intact". So to sum up... if I have any more work to be done in my house then I know who to call - Deanwood Associates. Oh yes..... just a note... all the guys like bacon and sausage sandwiches with brown or tomato sauce and of course coffee !!!!! John Yorkshades"
