Budget Under £500

Job Quote for replacing approx 2 metres of damaged worktop. If you cannot match to the rest of the worktop then replacement of the whole. 2x quotes would be good.

Budget Under £8,000

Job Demolish utility and sma out building, Move wc and basin to understairs cupboard, Remove existing back door and make good, brick up another door and Cut space for two sets of french doors, Cap off existing utilities to utility room and put in new utilities for new kitchen and wc. Install outside light and cabling for electrics in shed, install decking, re-plaster kitchen and under stairs wc, make good all works and install kitchen

Comment This was a 5-week job and UCI delivered. Reliability was excellent - they quoted when they said they would, started when they said they would and just as importantly finished when they said they would. Their ideas changed the specification a reasonable amount which none of the other 8 or so suppliers that quoted could demonstrate - making the overall finish outstanding. They worked late when they needed to, kept me up-to-date with aspects of the job and responded well when things didn't go according to plan e.g. old plaster crumbling and water feed causing issues. They were very flexible, personable, and caused very little disruption considering the scale of the job. I would have no hesitation in recommending UCI to others - and have in fact done so a couple of times to friends already. Thanks for all your hard work! Martin
